Painting Workshop Class & Musical Vibrations
“Sounds for The Psyche”
Experience calm and meditative effects of painting to music – through guided meditation and 2D art workshops in Logan. This is a “sensory” workshop. There is very minimal talking during this class to allow the full impact of the meditative effects.
